1. Where exactly is the website going to be hosted?
a. FindLaw hosts the web site at their Eagan, Minnesota headquarters. We have our own power source so even if the city of Eagan has a black out you can rest assured your web site will still be up and running!!

2. How many people looking to hire attorneys go there each month?
a. We have over 4 million unique visitors go to FindLaw.com every month.

3. How many years have they (web site design firm) been in business?
a. FindLaw has been in business now for over 12 years!

4. How many search engines will my web site be in? And will I be optimized?
a. We will submit your web site to all the major search engines like Google (50% of all searches), Yahoo (25% of all searches), and MSN (15% of all searches).

5. How will I have to pay for this? Up front? Monthly? How?
a. You have a number of choices.
i. We can bill you monthly
ii. We can do an auto credit card charge (get those air miles)
iii. We can do an electronic fund transfer (EFT)
iv. Or, you can pay the entire bill up front and take an additional 5% of your first year's bill.

6. How many websites for attorney/law firms have they built, hosted, optimized, and maintained? What are some of the addresses so you can go look at them?

9. Who writes the content for my web site? Is it reviewed by an actual attorney?
a. The content is a multi-phase process:
i. Our attorney-editors interview the attorney to get the tone and direction
ii. They then work closely with our copy writers who have both sales and marketing and legal backgrounds
iii. After the attorney-editor reviews the content, they hand it off to the content Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist, who makes sure all the write keywords and phrases are included to insure your site gets found by search engines.

10. How many times can I change the content on my website? Am I charged each time?
a. You have full access to your web site. Make changes any time you please. If you want though, send me the information and I will do it for you.

11. Do you provide tracking information on how many people are visiting my site, what pages they look at, and where they are coming from?
a. We provide you with the ability to easily track a number (50+) reports on how your site is doing including, how many visitors, how long are they staying, what pages are they viewing, did they send you an email, etc.
